All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

By using a rotating blade for multiple scoring positions enables a blade life of 48, 000 cleaves with a cleave angle better than 0.5 degrees. The unit is constructed to be robust and field serviceable and has options such as tripod mount to enable secure platform mounting.

- Pick up from nearest AKIS EXPRESS or ACS: 1–3 working days
- Delivery to your address: 3–7 working days. For rural areas, an extra delivery charge may apply. In this case, we will contact you upon receiving your order.
All orders are processed and shipped at 09:00 AM or 12:00 PM on working weekdays.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for when your order will be delivered. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
