We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.
Rules
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

Omada Hardware Controller OC220 , can remotely or locally manage up to 100 Omada access points, 10 Omada gateways, a maximum of 20 Omada switches, and up to 2 selected DeltaStream GPON OLTs via the Omada App or Web UI.
Equipped with an advanced design and the latest chipset, the Omada OC220 delivers more than enough processing power to support massive network management—while its enterprise-grade reliability ensures uninterrupted 24/7 operation under heavy loads. It features 802.3af/at PoE input or Micro USB power supply for easier and more flexible installation. It has 2× Gigabit RJ45 Ports, 1× USB 2.0 Port for Auto-Backup, it is PoE or Micro USB Powered and is Fanless Design for Silent Operation.

- Pick up from nearest AKIS EXPRESS or ACS: 1–3 working days
- Delivery to your address: 3–7 working days. For rural areas, an extra delivery charge may apply. In this case, we will contact you upon receiving your order.
All orders are processed and shipped at 09:00 AM or 12:00 PM on working weekdays.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for when your order will be delivered. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
