Instructions
Step 1
- Put 2 frames on the workbench.
- Top and bottom panel from two sides cover the frame, notice top panel with big square hole side is the cabinet back, ensure frame distance: 312/512/612/772 (cabinet depth is 600/800/900/1000).
- Make frame, beam, top panel, and bottom panel inside fitted, tighten up the 25 M8 screws and flange nut.
Step 2
4. Use square nut and M6*12 screw to fix the mounting angle on the front and back frame. (Lower 27U with 4 pcs, above 32U with 6 pcs). The upper and lower ends of the upright column respectively leave a blank square hole, and the mounting angle was installed with 4 square nuts (left 4 holes in front and back). Prepare for the next install mounting profile.
Step 3
5. Use square nut and M612 screws to fix 4 mounting profiles, and check if the mounting profile broadwise is 19 inches. Adjust depth distance suitable for installation of a fixed shelf.
6. Use 16 M58 self-tapping screws to install 4 heavy-duty castors. According to customer needs, decide whether to install feet.
Step 4
7. Slide door bottom stand bar is inserted into the square hole of the bottom panel, make the lock catch fit into the upright column, adjust the two side space uniformly.
Step 5
8. Firstly, install the cabinet door latch into the bottom panel (same as photo). Secondly, install the front and rear door into the cabinet and ensure the upper and upper frame edge spacing is uniform.
9. Fix the earth connection wire on the front back bottom right with an M6 cage nut.
