All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

TELEVES 130220 INNOVA T-FORCE 5G LTE HD BOSS (21-48) is an indoor intelligent antenna with Plug & Play installation that protects the TV reception from 5G interference. It is an omnidirectional and intelligent antenna, specially designed for reception of DTT signals indoors, while adequately filtering the 5G frequencies. The intelligent BOSS TFORCE mode can be activated using a conventional smartphone PSU or with the 5V USB port of the TV (USB-microUSB cable included), or simply using a receiver/TV with 12v powering, making the installation process easier (Plug & Play). The BOSS Tech system automatically controls the level of the received signal (either very high or very low) to always provide optimal output level. The new design using TForce technology makes this intelligent device even more versatile, as it features: High dynamic range: It allows high-quality TV reception in a wide variety of critical situations, from areas where signals are very weak to installations with high reception levels, DTT coverage area enhancemen with a more stable reception: supports signal variations or fading without any impact on the TV installation. It can be used both as passive (only coaxial connection to TV/receiver) or intelligent mode (with 12v through the coaxial feeding or 5v USB to microUSB).

PASSIVE mode (without power supply), the signal is received and transferred to TV, without optimization
