Rules
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. The iMMS-IM02 Transmitter is a professional-grade HDMI over IP solution designed for large-scale AV distribution systems. Supporting resolutions up to 4K@60Hz, it transmits HDMI signals over standard Cat5e/Cat6 network infrastructure up to 120m away. Ideal for digital signage, control rooms, video walls, retail displays, hospitality, education, and corporate environments, it supports PoE, HDMI loop out, RS-232 control, bi-directional IR, and flexible matrix configurations up to 256×256 endpoints.

- Pick up from nearest AKIS EXPRESS or ACS: 1–3 working days
- Delivery to your address: 3–7 working days. For rural areas, an extra delivery charge may apply. In this case, we will contact you upon receiving your order.
All orders are processed and shipped at 09:00 AM or 12:00 PM on working weekdays.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for when your order will be delivered. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
