All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

The TRIPLE EDISION antenna TALOS 13db 5G 21-48, is for receiving Digital Terrestrial TV channels 21 to 48 UHF. With its TRIPLE array of directional elements, It provides gain of 13db and at the same time, cutting interference from 4G & 5G LTE frequencies. It features high-quality aluminum construction and quality synthetic materials, along with butterfly-type ‘nuts’ for easy and safe assembly. Combined with its discreet triple antenna aesthetics, it is an ideal choice for any installation at a point that has reception of Digital Terrestrial signal that requires a basic TRIPLE antenna.

- Pick up from nearest AKIS EXPRESS or ACS: 1–3 working days
- Delivery to your address: 3–7 working days. For rural areas, an extra delivery charge may apply. In this case, we will contact you upon receiving your order.
All orders are processed and shipped at 09:00 AM or 12:00 PM on working weekdays.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for when your order will be delivered. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
