For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. - Pick up from nearest AKIS EXPRESS or ACS: 1–3 working days
- Delivery to your address: 3–7 working days. For rural areas, an extra delivery charge may apply. In this case, we will contact you upon receiving your order.
All orders are processed and shipped at 09:00 AM or 12:00 PM on working weekdays.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon or Weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for when your order will be delivered. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
