We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met.
Rules
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

The Triple Zone IR Repeater amplifies the IR signal from your remote control, allowing you the flexibility in placing your A/V components. Using the kit allows you to conceal audio visual components without affecting remote control performance.
The Triple Zone IR Repeater is essentially 3 of our single zone IR Repeater kits in one. Having 3 different zones on one repeater kit allows you to isolate devices to a specific zone so that the IR signal from your remote control is only passed to the devices attached to that particular “zone”.
How do I set it up correctly?
- There are 3 “zones” to the repeater kit. You will note that each IR receiver port on the distribution block is labelled “Zone 1”, “Zone 2” or “Zone 3”. Each zone also has two emitter ports associated with that zone and are grouped together. You will note that each grouping of emitter ports is also labelled “Zone 1”, “Zone 2” or “Zone 3”.
- Each zone can control up to 4 devices using the included dual emitter cables.
To set devices up on “Zone 1” plug an IR receiver into the “Zone 1” IR receiver port and then plug an emitter cable into one of the emitter ports labelled “Zone 1”. - Any device to which you now attach the emitter cable that is plugged into the “Zone 1” emitter port, will be controlled by the IR receiver plugged into “Zone 1” IR receiver port.
